HERO is proud to announce its newest partnership with Page 15! Based in Orlando, Florida, Page 15 is an organization committed to providing supplemental reading and writing education for all students attending public school in the metropolitan area. Page 15 offers free after-school tutoring programs and creative writing workshops that serve to enhance communication skills, encourage personal creativity, and inspire a passion for the language arts.

The following opportunities are available for volunteers:

Drop-In Tutoring: Assist students ages 8-18 with homework in any subject. Drip in tutoring is available Monday thru Friday, 2:30 – 5:30 PM.

Workshops: Teach students about playwriting, interviewing, journalism skills, cartooning, and how to critique movies and music. These workshops are offered on nights and weekends.
